PLA
Economical prototypes, display parts, fit checks and models used in normal indoor conditions.
Easy finish · Good detailCustom prototypes, functional components, enclosures, jigs and low-volume parts with material selection and printability review from EvionLab in Johar Town.
Fused deposition modelling builds components layer by layer from thermoplastic filament. It is a practical choice for rapid prototypes, housings, brackets, fixtures, replacement components and small batches.
Before printing, EvionLab reviews wall thickness, overhangs, orientation, support requirement, expected strength and visible surfaces. This helps reduce avoidable failures and gives you a more realistic quotation.
Resin printing is suited to parts with small features, detailed geometry and higher visual requirements. Typical work includes presentation models, detailed prototypes, miniature components and master patterns.
Resin parts require application-specific selection and post-processing. Load, temperature, sunlight exposure and required durability should be discussed before material approval.
No single filament is best for every component. Mechanical load, temperature, moisture, flexibility, appearance and budget must be considered together.

Easy finish · Good detailTougher functional components, enclosures and parts exposed to moderate moisture or handling.
Tough · Moisture resistantSelected functional applications requiring better heat and impact performance than standard PLA.
Heat capable · Impact resistantFlexible covers, pads, grips, protective features and components that need controlled deformation.
Flexible · ResilientDetailed visual models, small features and components where surface quality is the priority.
Fine detail · Smooth surfaceApplication-specific options evaluated according to stiffness, temperature, wear and service conditions.
Review requiredMaterial descriptions are general guidance, not certified performance values. Confirm the operating conditions and required properties before production.
Form, fit and assembly checks before tooling, fabrication or larger production decisions.
Brackets, adapters, mounts, covers, ducts and purpose-built mechanical components.
Custom housings with openings, mounting features, ventilation and assembly interfaces.
Positioning aids, drill guides, inspection fixtures and workshop productivity tools.
Recreated non-critical plastic parts where the original component is unavailable or unsuitable.
Repeatable small quantities without the initial tooling cost of injection moulding.
Two parts with the same weight can require very different print times, supports and finishing. The final quotation considers:
Price depends on material consumption, print time, supports, part orientation, required finish, quantity and any CAD preparation. The per-gram rate is only one part of the final quotation.
STL, 3MF and OBJ files are suitable for printing review. STEP or STP files are preferred when design changes may be needed. You can also send drawings or reference images for CAD work.
PLA is suitable for economical prototypes and visual models. PETG offers improved toughness and moisture resistance, ABS suits selected heat-resistant applications, and TPU is used for flexible parts. Final selection depends on the operating conditions.
Yes. CAD modelling and product-design support can be quoted from a dimensioned sketch, drawing, sample or clear reference information.
