When you submit a quotation or contact request, EvionLab may collect your name, phone number, email address, selected service, project description, file-sharing link and the IP address associated with the submission. Basic technical information may also be recorded by the hosting server for security and troubleshooting.
How information is used
The information is used to review your requirements, prepare or discuss a quotation, respond to your inquiry, maintain business records and protect the website from abuse. EvionLab does not use the quotation form to create a public account.
Project files and links
Only share files you are authorised to provide. File links and project details may contain confidential technical information, so use a controlled sharing method and remove access when it is no longer required. Do not submit passwords or payment-card information through the form.
Service providers
Website hosting, email delivery, maps and related technical services may process limited information required to deliver their functions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and security.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably required for project communication, quotation history, legal obligations and security. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
