Why EvionLab exists
Keep design, prototyping and fabrication in one technical workflow.
Many product-development problems appear at the handoff between CAD, manufacturing and electronics. A model may look correct but be difficult to print, assemble, wire or service.
EvionLab reviews these interfaces together. The objective is a practical result: a useful prototype, a manufacturable component or a working integrated system.
Our approach
Make engineering decisions from requirements, not appearance alone.
Material, wall thickness, tolerance, fasteners, electronics, component sourcing and production method influence one another. We consider these constraints early so that each iteration produces useful evidence.
For 3D printing, this means evaluating the file, intended load, environment, finish and quantity before recommending a process or material.
